I've been reviving distant memories of my grandfather's club. It started with the 50th Anniversary. It continues today with the film.

I am sure if you asked the smudge people to re-sign they would. And an archivist would tell you what finish to put on the guitar so it would last. Signatures lasting and guitar being played too should be possible.
